- During the checkout process, shipping charges are displayed before an order is confirmed. The shipping charges include a handling fee.
- After an order is received in our system, the handling period is 1-2 business days before shipment.
- Established and Company is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, delays in shipping due to weather conditions, incorrect shipping addresses or missing shipping information.
- If the package is returned to sender a reshipping fee will apply. If the product is returned, shipping charges are non-refundable.
- If your order was shipped and never delivered, please contact the postal service you selected at check out with your tracking number.
We accept exchanges or store credit as long as your product is in new, unworn, re-sellable condition with tags. We offer store credit for the purchase price, not including shipping, within 30 days of purchase. We do NOT accept returns for monetary refunds, exchange or store credit ONLY. If any item is returned by the customer and received by Established and Company that is worn, soiled, or un-sellable, no re-fund or exchange will be provided.
